There is this girl who randomly asked me if I had eaten something. It was weird, no girl has ever asked me a question like that. Also, given that she seems shy around me (hardly/never asks me questions or talks to me), I didn't expect her to ask such a question.

So, what do you think it means when a girl asks caring questions like this?
If you think it means she cares for me, does it mean she likes me?

Kindness/being caring doesn't always mean they're attracted to you, they may just want to be friends with you.

That being said, it's a possibility, it's just not a 100% chance.

Not to be an evil buzzkill but not necessarily. You could have looked famished or underfed, she could have just been caring about you, or a myriad of other reasons. However it COULD also mean she is into you. You're going to need to see what she does on other days to see if she's into you or not
