Annoying friend wont stop bi***ing about being lonely

So I have this friend who no matter what wont stop complaining about how he is lonely. It annoys everyone at our damn table. The real kicker is that he is the only one who actually had a girlfriend at our table(He still complained about his loneliness when they were together). I know everybody at our table feels lonely but we can keep it to ourselves goddammit. How do I get him to shut up? He is incredibly depressing and annoying to be around but I don't want to kick him off the table.

Well, I guess if he's always complaining about it, then it must be true, he's really feeling lonely for some reason, and as his friends, you guys should try to help him. Now, if he's starting to get annoying, you can just talk to him about it privately, just tell him it's going to be fine and he doesn't need to keep always complaining about it, especially when he's around his friends, because in a certain way, it makes you guys feel you don't mean nothing for him, right? Just take it easy with him and he will understand.
