I want to create a website for my music group. It has to be free and no credit card at all. What site should I use to create my own site??????

My friends used spanglefish but you have to be sure what you need function wise.
If you need on line messages where members can post - I do not think spangle fish allows that.
Just add this - you could find say 3 or 4 free ones and just try them out before you let everyone know the actual url.

If you're really set on looking for a free web host, you're options become very narrow, very quickly. Free web hosts are generally afterthoughts for hosting companies as they bring in basically no profit.
The only free web host that I've had any luck with running a very small development site is x10Hosting ("https://www.x10hosting.com/). They give you (limited) cPanel access, and a limited number of SQL databases and subdomains.
However, if anything I said above sounds confusing (and what I mentioned are really only the basics) and you really don't want to deal with it, you could always set up a Wordpress site under the wordpress.com subdomain (so the link to your site would be 'myband'.wordpress.com, or something). This platform is pretty simple to use even for someone who's never done any sort of web design/development, and if you're short on time, it's a good way to go.

I have a website for my acting career, and I use Webs.com. If you want it for free, it'll be yourband.webs.com instead of yourband.com (I bought the address so I don't have the .webs part). It's very easy to use and navigate and has all the basic features. If you're not looking for anything too advanced, I would recommend Webs.

I think weebly is also good for simple beginners.

MySpace, soundcloud and bandcamp are places you can make websites, and I think they're free. You could also use tumblr and last.fm.
Or any blog with free WordPress support.
