How come, there are people that i gave rep to so long ago, i cant even remember, but it stills says i cant give them rep again till i spread it round, it must have been atleast 4-6 months ago i gave this person the rep, so i was just wondering when you can give someone more rep

It's not a matter of how long it's been since you've given them rep- it's how many other people you've given rep since then. Once you give rep to a person, you have to rep 12 different people before you can rep that person again.`
