Sticky's

So mods are the only ppl that can make a thread a sticky, so when does a mod say, yer this should be a sticky, its it per pages of posts, or quailty of discussion, or what?

If a thread is particularly helpful and informative it will usually be stickied. A moderator suggests it to the other moderators of that section, and it's decided whether or not it will be stickied.
