Hey dudes! :metal:

Right now I kinda want to get a bit more ripped. I'm a little bit skinny but not too under average. Was wondering where to start and maybe some help!
Tips and advice are all welcome!

Over and out,

Eat more and lift. You'll put on weight. I've put on ~25lbs in the last 6 months

To look good in clothes one does not hv to try very hard....I have certainly bulked up & I love my new look.
.....When I was 13/14 I was stick skinny. I had a small girlish face, puny body, limbs were virtual sticks and I was bullied too..by 16 puberty hit & within lyk 1.5 yrs my waist gone from 25 in to 36, face has plumped up and not girlish anymore, thighs are chunky and now the rub together!!!, I got a nice bubble butt too....and I have gone from 48 kg to 65 kg at 5 foot 11.........downside is I have a hint of a tummy roll, cannot run etc like when I was skinny, and have sm man-boobies....But I really enjoy my plumpy body to my skinny body I used to have........so says my GF also.
Besides I have now got proper body proportions so all clothes from briefs to tee shirts hang on me better.
Still I look slender and underweight compared to all other guys. If I take my clothes off only one can see my untoned body and belly roll.

If you want to build muscle the key is high weight and low reps. You want to work your muscles to the failure point meaning that you physically can't lift the weight another time not just until your tired. When I lift my target is to use enough weight that I max out in about 6 reps.

You need to make sure you're taking in more calories than you're expending.

Join football at school, they are always in the weight room... Go on a protein based diet and stay away from drugs and alcohol

you need to eat a lot man, and lots of carbs to spike your blood sugar. that high insulin is whats gonna help you pack on the lean pounds. if you're skinny you won't get fat. just lift big and you'll do great.

I hope this isn't against rules, but I would like to bump this thread to see if there are any new people who have new responses considering this was posted 2 years ago :) I'm turning 15 now so I should be able to go to the gym, although perhaps I should wait till I'm 16.

Hey,
Long time no see. Hope this isn't against the rules.
I have really high metabolism. Also, I sometimes find myself not being to eat anymore. Is there a tip to eat more (as silly as that sounds)? Should I be looking at specific types of foods (carbs etc.)?

Protein powder. It would be hard for most people to eat 7000 calories without throwing up (which would not help lol). So high calorie foods wood be a start, but most high calorie foods are fattening. So ya, get your calories thru protein powder.

Stand in within the blast zone of a gamma bomb drop, and then get very angry. Near instant results, works 100% of the time!

(Caution: Your skin may turn green as a result)

I find it impossible I want to get bigger for highschool football but I can't no matter how hard I try

I tried workout for gymnastics/baseball, but I ended up just becoming more fit, just not ripped or bigger, like I wanted to.

You guys all have the same situation as I do! Good to see I'm not alone.
Anyone available to help? :)
