Help with a friend.

Hey guys, not sure if this is the right place to put this but hey, here goes.

I have this friend one of my best and there is something troubling him, he won't speak to anyone about it and says he never will, he is a man of his word and doesn't say.do stuff he doesn't mean, so I know that he will never tell anyone. I been thinking a lot on how I can help but to be honest I jus don't know what I can do, help me please. Thanks.

This same thing happened to me and this is what I did,

Have a fun day with him, get him to laugh or smile, put him in a good mood if you can, then quietly sit him down so e where private and explain to him you can tell so ethong is wrong and that he can talk to you about anything and that you won't judge him no matter what, and that your happy to be there for him if he ever needs it, after that its up to him, he may talk, he may not, you could say its making g you unco ofrtable to see him so troubled but that may just be putting un-needed pressure on him.just make sure he knows your a good friend and that your there for him, in time, I'm sure he'll say something.

I did that once but my friends made an "Intervention" and I had to talk and explain how I felt. I was overthinking everything and talking to them was amazing
