Did anyone get either

Disgaea 4: A promise revisted

or

Danganronpa 2: Goodbye Despair

and if you did, what are you thoughts on both or either game?
And if there anything you would recommend a vita user get?

As one of the few Vita owners on the planet I say. Never played a Disgea game in my life.
I have bought Danganronpa 2 but I haven't finished it yet (barely even started it in fact), but if it's as good as the first game then I should probably enjoy it.

There are some sweet looking games coming out later in the year too like Freedom Wars and Frozen Synapse. When buying games it's always a good idea to do some research on it before you purchase it to see if you actually enjoy it.
