How do this many people sleep naked? I can't even sleep without a bra, so basically I end up in some kind of pants (shorts, yogas, sweats) and an oversized tshirt. Even in the heat I can't sleep without a blanket, I always need to be covered. I don't know how you guys do it...

I have to sleep in pull ups cos I have a problem with night time wetting. Most of the time I just sleep in those and a t-shirt. In the summer it's usually just the pullups. Sometimes I sleep in pj's over those. I wear pj's to sleepovers to cover up the pullups. On scout camping trips I wear sports shorts over those or long underwear if it is cold.
