Yes Hun, It is hormones. Hormones are chemicals your body makes & different chemicals do different things, hormones that make you get aroused, hormones that make you un-aroused, chemicals for health, testosterone , etc. Hope this helped :)

Chicks get estrogen, guys get testosterone when going through puberty. These hormones are in charge of making you feel horny. It's basically a whole science lesson on how humans need to have sex to have kids and what not.

But looking at it simply, being horny isn't a bad thing ;)
