So I have a friend that recently told me that he can only have an orgasm, but he can't actually cum. I was actually wondering if any of you have the same problem, or know anything about the reason why he can't cum.

If he's your age, the answer is very simple. Because every one grows at different times. Maybe you have friends that have hair where you don't have yet, it's the same reason.

I forgot to mention...he's 19.

He's probably not matured enough to ejaculate cum yet but he'll eventually get there!

And what the doctor says?

My friend said that the doctor said that he'll be able to come soon or something like that. I don't remember what my friend told me clearly.

Is he just a super late bloomer?

Your friend is the only one who knows what his problem is. Don't think you will find any other 19 year olds here who can't ejaculate.

If puberty could finish on late bloomers up to 21 years old and the doctor said all it's fine, just matter of time I don't see any problem at all.

Curious.

I think the doc knows best, since all others have grown he should cum too at some stage have the balls grown normally?

There are only really two common reasons for somone not to be able to ejaculate:

1. Not reaching orgasm.
2. The glands that make the semen not being sufficienly developed (yet) to do so.

You've ruled out the first making the second the most likely explanation. Now if there are other signs of being well developed such as being tall, having a large penis, lots of public hair, a deep voice, even some facial or chest hair and he still can't ejaculate then the explanation may be one of the rarer ones that needs investigation but at 14 it is much more likely to be just developing a little late.

I think that your friend needs to see a doctor because most people by the time they are 14-15 have already started ejaculating.

It's okay if he can't. He's just not developed enough. He just is a late bloomer if he's your age.

It all depends on development, I don't think it should cause too much of an alarm right now, but if he gets to be older and still can't ejaculate, he should get it checked out.

I agree with the above, it's most likely about development and if he's a late bloomer.
