Family Ignoring Me?

So I had a huge fight with my father three days ago over his transphobia. It started off as me kindly asking him to be polite and ended off with him yelling and saying I ruined the entire night. Since then he's been giving me the silent treatment as well as quite a few dirty looks every time I pass him. My mom has also been ignoring me, except to say a few things like "I'm not making you food" and "Go away". I'm not sure what to do. It's super uncomfortable in my house right now and I don't know how to fix it.

You should sit down with your parents and tell them they need to move on from the fight and apologize too. Make sure they respect your views on transphobia and make sure you accept their views on it. If you don't like how they feel towards transphobia then you should just accept it and move on, don't bother. If they still give you the cold shoulder, I'd say just do you, go to school regularly, eat, sleep...etc and sooner or later they'll come to you and say something.

Do you have anyone u can talk to about this or ask for advice? Maybe stay with a friend until they calm down?
