OK, this problem i'm having, i'm almost positive its to do with something on my computer

Whenever i click on interent explorer, it loads up, but then a second window loads, and in the bottom left hand corner (near the clock) there is a message "Ads served by InternetSoftware"

Does anyone have a fix for this?

P.S I would post a screenshot, but i have been banned from posting attachments, maybe a mod can help with this??

What programs have you tried scanning with?

I recommend Ad-Aware (too bad they stopped for support for SE Personal, so you'll have to go with the free version of 2007) and Spybot for "second opinion" scanners.

Try HijackThis (http://www.spywareinfo.com/~merijn/index.php), and then post the log here (http://forums.spywareinfo.com/).

If this is still an issue, Try reading this:

Very similar problem. Same solution will probably work.

I posted this same link on another forum about a week after you posted this one here. Same exact problem. Maybe it's you, I don't know. Whoever posted there never responded to say whether or not the issue was resolved.
