consider jumping out of windows

i have a serious problem at the minute where i think about jumping out of windows. like, at my dads he has a third story in his house instead of a loft and it has a push up window so it opens quite wide so i think about the fact i could just jump out. i was there yesterday and i just sat for 10 minutes leaning out and just thinking about the pros and cons of jumping.

im pretty sure this isnt normal but im not sure what to do about it.

That does sound like fun. So basically i should buy a trampoline and carry it around so next time i feel like jumping out a window ill do that.

I can't tell if you're being serious, but it still doesn't sound like a good idea. You could get hurt.

The fact that jumping onto a trampoline wasn't serious but jumping without a trampoline was serious really says something about me...

i think you have a conflict in your life and ur minds way of solving that is to do somthing like that window situation
