Nope not at all. Lots and lots of guys 14 have posted the same thing on the forums. I have a fairly small dick and not much pubes even though they started growing several months ago.

don't worry, I didn't have any pubic hair until I was 15 and my penis was 4 inches erect, two years later I have pubic hair, not a lot, but enough to show I'm not a kid and my penis is 6 inches erect. Give it another year or two, it will happen.

Some start early, some start later. You are OK. Only at 16 when you have had no signs at all, will a doc then give hormone treatment

The fastest way to look older (which is in your hands) is for a teen is to put on some weight....... when your face fills out nobody will call you a small boy.....It does not matter even it is just fat. I too used to look like a small boy and girlish in my early teens. Then by 16 years I suddenly started putting on a little..just a little .........Initially I was sad. I lost my washboard abs etc...But suddenly nobody was calling me girlish any more.....I got the cue and hit some high carb foo pretty hard........my waist went from a skinny 26 in to healthy 32 in....I now weigh 64kg from 48kg at 5 foot 10....I now go to beach...go shirtless...my tummy may not have rips it had earlier and may be shiny and plump but that is how the normal guys look like...now I look normal....

i am going to be 14 soon, and my penis started growing when i was around 11. it got pretty big, almost 7" hard and stayed there with no pubes and dry orgasms until a couple of months ago. i am just now getting some pubes and i can shoot cum. i am not sure i like the pubes tho. im thinking about shaveing them.

No worries, every guy is different. Some have pubes way early like 10-11 and some get them later on like 14-15. I'm almost 14 and I'm just now getting hair down there. So I'm not much different than you. :cool:
