Semen amount usually depends on how long you don't masturbate for (semen will build up in the testicles), and I don't think testicle size determines semen amount. There's actually no 'normal' size your testicles should be, unless it's really really big or really really small then I think you should see a doctor.

They should be like 2-6cms as said amount depends on time without masturbation but since testicles are sperm factories i would say the larger the factory the more production.

If you look up the tanner scale it has volume figures for testicles at various stages of development.

There is no significant direct relationship between the size of your testicles and how much you ejaculate as the majority of your semen (cum) is neither made or stored in them. Most of the volume of the testicles is taken up with sperm production but as the sperm make up only about 1% of the volume you ejaculate the rate of sperm production won't make any noticable difference.

Most of your semen is made in the seminal vesciles and the prostate gland. These only start working when your testosterone level goes up at puberty. It would tempting to think that bigger testicles could produce more testosterone and therefore develop these glands more or faster but actually the testosterone level is controlled by the brain in a negative feedback loop and is therefore fairly stable at a level less than the testicles could produce if they worked flat out at producing it.
