I'm not completely happy with my body. If I look in a mirror but see my body no lower than my nipples, its fine. My shoulders are broad enough for me and I like my collarbone ;) but I'm a little fat. I've eaten really badly over the school holidays to going back will help, but I want to start working out a bit for the first time. No gyms or weights though.

Any simple routines I can use to get into working out?

First I think you should sort out the diet. I know it sounds trivial, but try to have a balanced diet, with lots of fruit veg and protein (the latter help to build muscle). For working out i'd do some ab crunches and burpees (for abs). Squats for the legs and the good old press ups for arms/pecs. Aim to do 10-15 of each and then once you're more comfortable slowly increase the number of repeats.
