I'm not completely happy with my body. If I look in a mirror but see my body no lower than my nipples, its fine. My shoulders are broad enough for me and I like my collarbone ;) but I'm a little fat. I've eaten really badly over the school holidays to going back will help, but I want to start working out a bit for the first time. No gyms or weights though.
Any simple routines I can use to get into working out?
