Okay... I don't know how to start this but... I need help. I'm breaking down from the inside, my ex boyfriend... lets just say he's confusing and hurtful and just breaking my heart over again every time he looks at me. He knows I self harm, and he was concerned but now... now i'm scared that he'll use it against me, like he has done before. But I feel like I'm going to relapse, i'm honestly reaching my limit. Someone please tell me what to do :(

youre better than him because you dont use his issues against him.

Exes should stay exes. You should move on and forget about him, if you think he would use self harm against you, then you should never go back to him even if he's concerned. He has no right treat you like that and knowing that he has done you wrong, you will stay like this if you don't do something about it. well... he did kind of end up using it against me, after claiming he loved me and wanted to help, then shouted at me because of my smoking and self harm... relapsed again today after 2 days clean
