"etiquette rules" in locker rooms really only count for not being noticed. we tend to compare ourselves with others to see where we fit. we see who has the biggest or smallest cock, the most or least amount of body or facial hair, the biggest or smallest muscles, the most or least amount of fat, etc. it is just how we are wired, and there is no amount of being "straight" that is going to prevent that. it has nothing to do with "sexuality" or "sexual preference", it is just human nature.
