Photo uploading issues

Hi VT Administration staff,

This isn't a major issue, but more of a minor annoyance: I've been having a real hard time getting my "uploaded" pictures (profile, avatar, album pics) to actually upload. To be frank, yes, the images have large dimensions, but the forum used to have no problem with sizing down the images. Nowadays I have to manually adjust it to size, which is doable, but requires a lot of effort to get it to fit both requirements.

I was just wondering if the reason that the forum will no longer automatically scale it down was due to space issues? If it's not fixable, that's understandable, but I was just wondering if it would be possible to tweak a little bit.

Yeah I've been wondering the same thing. All my good selfies have a massive resolution and it's a real annoyance to have to edit them all to scale them manually to fit the restrictions.

We are aware of this issue and other image resizing problems and are working towards a fix. More information will be available once we know a bit more about the issue. :)

Ever since the big crash we have had many different issues with images on the site, and uploading images. I've been racking my brain to try and fix it, and have gotten support on the issues, but haven't been able to fix it yet. We're not giving up, and I'm sure we'll figure out what the issue exactly is. I apologize for the inconvenience.
