Hi, I have a problem with my penis.
I've never had sex and my penis is oozing yellow thing and inside my foreskin, yet when I pee....it stings..while it can be itchy and sore. How to stop this from happening without going to the doctors as the doctors is far away from my house?
Thanks.

Do you have poor personal hygiene? If so, you might have Balanitis.
"Symptons:
Redness of foreskin or penis
Other rashes on the head of the penis
Foul-smelling discharge
Painful penis and foreskin
Treatment depends on the cause of the balanitis.
Antibiotic pills or creams are used to treat when balanitis that is caused by bacteria.
Steroid creams may help balanitis that occurs with skin diseases.
Anti-fungal creams will be prescribed if it is due to a fungus."
If not, then the next thing you should do is go to your doctor and find out before it gets worse. Even so, you would need antibiotics. Keep it clean, and do not masturbate until you've seen your doctor.

It sounds like you really need to see a doctor, even if that is difficult. Can you retract your
foreskin and wash under there? and apply something like antibiotic ointment.

when you say "never had sex" do you mean you've never done anything sexual at all, or...? you can catch STDs from oral too.

When you say it stings when you pee is this due to pee getting in between the head of your penis and the foreskin? In other words is it the outside of the head/inside of the foreskin that hurts?
If so, that does sound like balanitis as Reminisce suggested. The swelling is because something is irritating that area and the irritant may be a fungus, bacteria or something else. Hydrocortisone cream can reduce the swelling but it won't remove what is causing the irritation and, because it tends to surpress the immune system, may allow an infection to flourish. There are creams that combine hydrocortisonewith anti-bacterial or anti-fungal agents or both. if you don't know what is causing the irritation then a cream that includes both anti-bacterial and anti-fungal agents would be the best bet. This should be aavailable from your pharmacy. Depending on where you live it may be available without a prescription from your doctor or you may need one.
If the stinging is in the tube on the inside of your penis or further in then it is a UTI and you need to see the doctor for oral antibitoics.
