Not weird, lots of guys don't use lube, or don't use it regularly.

If you want to try a lube, there are products like K-Y jelly you can buy
over-the-counter at a pharmacy or big store like Walmart. Or olive oil from
the kitchen. Some use Vaseline, but that is really messy since it is not
water soluble.

Yeah, don't use soap. It'll dry out your dick and I've heard, since it's not a water based lubricant, it can get inside your dick and it'll start stinging (not sure if that's true though...?). I've never actually used lube (a few times, I've used hand lotion but other than that...) You can buy it anywhere, really, if you wanna start using it.

You're fine for not using lube, and there is a lot of guys who can jack off just fine without lube especially uncut guys. It is a personal choice whether or not you want to use lube, and everything depends on how much friction you have when you jack off.

Things you can use around the house for lube are Vaseline, creams, lotions, and oils such as baby oil. Stay away from soaps, shampoos, conditioners, and anything else that is medicated as lube. I suppose you could even use something like olive oil or even cooking oil, but that would get super messy and would stain your sheets. Everyone has cream at home, and I would use that since no one would be the wiser if you use it to jack off. If you are old enough to work or have an allowance, then your best bet is to buy actual lube from the drugstore or a place like Target or Walmart. Lube is under $5, and use the self checkouts if you're self conscious about buying it. Lube is usually found in the personal hygiene/beauty section by the tampons and feminine care and condom area.

I prefer no lube, but my dick does get dried out from just using my hand. I like to feel the dry skin on my hand and I feel like I get a better grip and feel. But lube is great for quick jerking. You should probably get some at a store anyway. And yes buying sexual things such as lube or condoms is a little embarassing, but just don't go to a cashier you see all the time. And honestly, so many others buy the same so don't be embarrassed.
