This might sound like a riduli. question, but can he? So my friend has been hanging with her guy A LOT this summer. She went to the dentist today and he told her and the assistant dentist to note that that there's a spot on a tooth in the back of her mouth they need to watch next visit, while also saying how she needs to be careful (my friend didn't catch the whole convo; she was nervous her dentist may have been implying the bjs). The assistant also focused extra on that tooth. My friend is all worried that the "spot" might be a cum stain, kinda how like coffee and tobacco stain teeth. Is my friend just overreacting, or can dentists really tell if like you've been giving blowjobs?

Unless you go to the doctor right after giving a blowjob and your breath smells like dick, or if you have some sort of STD that can affect your mouth, I highly doubt they can tell.

Cavities are not caused by bj's. No a dentist can't tell. Your friend needs to brush her teeth more, that's all.

LOL As has been said above, cum cannot give you cavities. Nor can it stain your teeth.
Sugar, poor dental hygiene, that kind of stuff can cause cavities. Honestly, I'd be more worried about keeping my dental hygiene up at that point.

**Sensing a blowjob maniac*** No, giving bj's can't stain your teeth or do any harm to them. Sugary foods and average dental hygiene can cause decay, stains etc.

Dentists can only tell if they find herpes or gonorrhea in your oral cavity. Your friend probably has horrific dental hygiene.

Dentists can tell where there are visible symptoms as a result of an STI.

"Hey, doc, I know my breath smells like pubes but never mind that."
No, I don't think they can tell, she needs to keep her mouth clean and healthy. Cavities are the only things she needs to worry about

Lol sorry to bump and old post but no not unless you literally give it before you go in and didn't swallow or spit. Or if their are pubes stuck on someone's braces.
I would be more worried them findings cavities then my oral sex activities.
Sorry if it's wrong to bump old post but had to giggle at it

The dentist was trying to say that she has a soft spot in one of her teeth that could turn into a cavity or possibly crack/break. That's it. Doesn't imply bad dental hygiene. She just might have soft teeth. I've got soft teeth and even though I brush a lot, I still get cavities.

In someone's fantasy maybe, in real life, not so much. :P

NO! The dentist has no way of knowing whether or not you give BJ's.

I don't think it's possible for your dentist to tell if you have been giving blow jobs. Perhaps you could ask your dentist about it.

Q: Can your dentist tell if you're giving blowjobs?
A: Only if you don't SPIT before going in for your check-up!
