I do it at least twice, daily. I don't think you should limit yourself to a certain number but I personally wouldn't do it more than 5 times in a day.

Though I think there are no real negative side effects, im pretty sure you can benefit from abstaining mentally especially cuz theres more testosterone in the body, it helps self discipline, and also it help increase sex drive or drive to get out there and get some booty
