I'm 16 and my penis hasn't grown at all I don't think . Fully erect , I'm about 3.5 , verging on 4 inches long . My foreskin is very tight and can't pull it back further than the tip of my penis , it's just too sore . I don't want to see a doctor since it's just far too cringe , shall I give it until I fully hit puberty or do I NEED to see a doctor ?

Yes I would recommend that you see a doctor about your foreskin problems because you may phimosis.

Secondly about your penis, I would just wait a while on this. Puberty last until your 20s so your penis has a long time to grow

I know seeing the doctor about things like this can be difficult, but think about the fact that you might have a problem and the doc can fix it. DON'T worry about the doctor thing just go and ask to see him, your parents will understand. About the penis size, your only 12, puberty is probably in it's early stages or hasn't started yet, that was about my size when i was younger than you and it's now six inches so don't panic dude. lol

Well, hold up on the doctor. Do you have pubic hair or any signs of puberty? If not, I'd definitely see one by your seventeenth birthday.

Otherwise, just be patient. You're a late bloomer, so "problems" that would be problems for most 16-year-olds are just undevelopedness for you. My guess is your penis size is going to grow. As for your foreskin, I very much doubt you have phimosis. If you're barely in puberty, that's not atypical. I'd try stretching it as described here (http://forums.govteen.com/showthread.php?t=214598):

Almost the same advice goes as the above. Slide back your foreskin regularly, but in this case stretch it. This will help it “stretch” and become loose. Do this regularly, whenever possible, such as nightly, or even better, in the shower, since water makes it easier and keeps it moist. Once it starts sliding back, you should start washing under it. You may stretch it back, to the sides, or towards the front. Just don't force it back, because you risk getting it stuck behind the head. Once this corrects itself you won't have to worry about it and you'll be extremely satisfied with the foreskin's versatility; I promise.

If you want to talk to a doctor to be more comfortable, you can. But since there's nothing medically wrong with you, he's mostly going to tell you the same things I just did.

Good luck. Feel free to ask if you have any more questions.

Then, no, there's no reason to see a doctor yet. Just hold in there and do as I described. :)

I'm sure I have started but that is basically the only thing I want to happen , but , it isn't . I noticed more hair on my legs and some new pubes earlier . I only have pubes about 2cm from the base of my penis but I can see ( faint ) new ones coming in .

Replies welcome .
