I'm 16 n i think spongebob is meant for my age group i mean lik i watch other shows lik the last ship,legends,bones,burn notice lik shows tht r for older ppl but i still lik to watch spongebob does any1 just seem to think tht spongebob is for our age group more as a kid i didnt rlly get the references

When Spongebob was young and in the first five years, it was meant for us, but after a while it got to be one of the standard grotesquely colorful shows that looked like a dog ate a 128 box of crayons, fell asleep and threw up all over everything. I used to LOVE Spongebob, but now I never watch it, it's gotten old and stale.

Actually, I haven't watched Spongebob since I was around 10. I used to love it, but I definitely outgrew it. That's more of a toddler/kid show imo, but Spongebob's fanbase seems to be made up of people of all ages.
