what does it mean if someone is frozen

so occasionally i see that people are frozen and i dont quite understand. its self explanatory if someone is banned but what if theyre frozen and what do you do to get frozen

Being frozen means that you're temporarily banned for breaking a not so major rule i.e spamming, going against the staff, or bashing another member.

Your account is frozen if you are too young to be here, for instance 11 or 12 year olds, however I am not a mod so...

Both of the above are correct. If you have earned up too many infractions or have two of the same one, you'll be frozen for a short amount of time, usually 7 days. If you join before age 13 you'll be frozen until you're 13. Also, if you need to be banned, but a senior staff member is not around to do it, a sectional moderator will freeze until a senior staff member is available.
