I don't think it'd be fair of me to say that I know anything regarding the Republic of the Philippines, considering I have never been within even 500 miles of it.

I can say that there are a couple things I believe about it, such as, that it's a series of islands in the Pacific Ocean - around southeast Asia.

Seems like the typical east south asian country with upcoming industry, not very wealthy but a rich culture.

It is a series of islands in the Southern Pacific Ocean somewhere between New Zealand and India. Popular languages include Mandarin and English and the climate is humid year round.

Rich culture, were a Spanish colony, rooster fights are common there... I don't know a lot.

northern philippines is nice, some good beaches, but southern...terrorists-infested

loads of locals working far away (most in the Gulf) from homes to earn a better salary...corruption seems quite serious...
