Alright ladies. Period question.
I've always been a little emotionally unstable during my period. I'll cry easier and get mad really quick and just get in these really bad moods. You know, stuff that I always thought of as normal "period stuff". But as I get older I notice it getting significantly worse.
The last couple of months, during my period week and the week before, I've been so unstable. I don't want anything to do with anyone; I don't want to talk to people or be around them. I cry incredibly easily, then 5 minutes later I'll be laughing hysterically at something. It's an emotional roller-coaster and by the end of the day I'm so exhausted from the extreme ups and downs. I'm not normally the most emotionally stable person, but when I'm on my period I'm just a total and complete bitch. I feel bad and depressed and angry and sad and just generally unpleasant constantly. It never used to be this bad. This has been going on for the past few months now.
Is anyone else like this? Is there anything you take to help? Any advice is welcome.
