What I think happened here is you may have masturbated with body wash or soap or shampoo or something and it dried out your penis. May be something else but I doubt it. But if it us because of the soap then you're fine it'll stop in like 4-5 days. I know from experience

Peeling off dry skin? If so, the soap you use or how often you clean the area affects it. For now, just use body lotion or moisturizer and rub it.
