I think the type of paper you put down the toilet is important. Toilet paper is designed to break up really easily when it gets wet, more so than ordinary paper, specifically so it does not cause a blockage. By comparison both kitchen towel and facial tissues are designed to be much stronger when wet, so they don't break up as you use them, so these should not be flushed down the toilet.

I don't think the paper concerned having cum on it is going to make any difference to how likely it is to block the toilet.

Back to original question I have, and occasionally do, cum into toilet paper and put it in the toilet when lack of time for more involved cleanup or lack of privacy makes this the most practical option but most of the time I prefer to shoot on my chest/stomach and the wipe up with a towel or the underwear I have taken off (I do my own laundry).

I'm guessing that if you use toilet paper & flush it that you jack in the bathroom. Are you unable to jack in your room? I have on occasion jacked in a bathroom and either shot into the toilet or used toilet paper. I prefer the bedroom, lying on my bed and shooting up my chest or on my abdomen.
