That's what I thought too but then again it's not reallly incest if she's not actualy related right, I mean she goes to a school right next to mine I could know her as a random girl I know if it weren't for this whole new situation.

It's a bummer you can't date her. Like some people here said, you can try to ruin your dad's relationship but... It's sort of selfish. But remember, if you can't date her, you can be friends with her. You can always try to manipulate the situation so that she makes the first move but it's hard. Even for a manipulator like me.
