Just go on as if nothing ever happened. He didnt make any moves toward you, so he isnt a pedophile. Just act as if it never happened. Im sure he's been caught and knows what its like. Just take it calm and slow and you'll eventually get to talking to him

He smiled because he knows about it and 99% sure he has done it before.

Him smiling and turning around was him trying to say "it's okay, i'll leave you to it". As long as he doesn't ask any questions or mentions anything on the subject you're fine and you should just go on with your lives.

Just forget it. How old are you?

Your swim teacher is not clueless, and I seriously doubt you are the first person he walked in on jacking off. Just don't bring it up and forget about it. Your swim teacher is a guy, and he understand how you feel.

In the future, when you jack off, then do it at home and not in someplace public like a locker room or school. It is actually kind of nasty to jack off in a public shower or locker room getting your semen (assuming you can cum) in the area. Beyond that, jacking off is something private, and it is not the best idea to do it in places where others can be.

Things will be awkward for a while, but at some point he and you'll forget about this.

Don't worry about it, you were not doing anything wrong. He should actually apologise to you, if he didn't knock before entering your room.

Your coach did the right thing. He left you to your own privacy. He did the same thing at our age so it wasn't a surprise. Just act normal as you did before. No reason to say anything. At the most, maybe he would mention to you about locking a door next time.

I wouldn't say anything, it's pretty lucky he didn't say anything, I'm pretty sure my coach would yell at me if he caught me jerking off, you're coach must be a super cool guy

Just don't worry about it. Go on with your life.
If he doesn't try anything then yea. If he does, talk to a trusted adult.
