From what's being told, maybe your teacher noticed your bulge and said something about it because you need to get better swim gear. If you want to hide your bulge, I think you should buy swimming gear a bit larger in size...but make sure it fits. Your swim teacher shouldn't mention your bulge at all because it's not necessary, and it just makes the student very uncomfortable. If you do these things and your swim teacher still looks at your bottom, I think you should contact the counselor or whoever is in charge of this program because he shouldn't be doing that (yes, swim teachers have to look out for the students and would be expecting the students in swimming gear but they shouldn't intentionally stare at a student's bottom and tell a student out of the blue that they keep on looking at your bulge).

That's not something that a teacher says everyday to a student.
But anyway, when you have a penis and your swimming, you're most likely gonna see a bulge. It's completely normal.
Also, when you swim, are you wearing speedos that are like underwear? Cause those definitely show a bulge. There's no way to hide it with those.

But that aside, just get some looser swim shorts that hide it better. If you can't (e.g. you're required to wear a certain pair of swim trunks or speedo), well, I don't really know what to say other than understand that all guys have one!

So I swim at my high school and what I would recommend, if you are wearing a jammer or speedo, is to invest in getting a Drag Suit. They are no expensive, they will hide your bulge and on the plus side it will make you a better swimmer. Go on amazon and look up drag suit and get a brand like Speedo. Don't get a parachute suit those things are stupid and won't help.

ya you get use to it. More you wear tight stuff the less of a deal it makes. I wear a speedo and it does show, but their tight so not a big deal. gym shorts I can't wear anything loose.. so I always wear a jock which really feels nice.

First of all, stay away from your teacher, that is such a weird and creepy thing for him to say. If you've got the courage enough, go speak with the principal or a superior and they can sort that out. Thats just wrong for him to be doing...

Secondly, if you want to hide your bulge, what i do is wear the sort of pants speedos, if you know what i mean? They're like briefs and i sort of tuck my junk into them and wear some swimming shorts over that.
