Places to date and meet other teens

Hey people, Im in kind of a difficult situation: Even though I had a few girlfriends dating and especially meeting many other teens is difficult, as I live in a rather small village, and the nearest city is about 20min away (by car). I do go to places like public pools, lakes, cinemas and others with friends or even alone, but dont usually start conversations with others. My questions are, where should I meet girls, how should I approach them, what places would you suggest for further dates and how can I overcome the distance problem, as I would like to visit her more often than just on weekends. Also please dont suggest that I should date when Im older, cause I really wanna start now.
