My question is this:

I prefer looking at Younger teen boys (12-19) And I like it when their nude. Even down the street I see a cute boy probably 14 and I think god he's hot! At 19 you're kind of at that odd time when you are not totally an older person but not a teen anymore. What I mean is that it is not totally uncommon to see 19 year old high school students or for 19 year olds to be dating a junior or senior in high school. That being said, it is not a good sign if you like to do sexual things with someone under 16 because of the major age gap in terms of experience and maturity between you and them. I would definitely avoid doing anything with anyone under 16, and when you get a bit older, then avoiding anyone under 18. If you do sexual stuff with someone as young as 12/13, then that would be really inappropriate because those are still children by comparison to you.

The reason why age makes a difference especially for folks under 18 (or 16 depending on what country a person lives in) is that younger folks just do not have the kind of experience and understanding that an older person has. It is one thing if the two people are adults and there is a huge age gap because adults can choose to do what they want and handle the consequences. If something happens to a minor with an adult, then the parents of the kid is responsible for the consequences of what happens.

It's tough to control what you like, and even though your big head tells you one thing sometimes your little head will say something else. Just try to avoid thinking of the younger crowd sexually, and try to stick with guys your own age.

Age is such inaccurate thing.I have friend that are 15 ,but they look like they are 20 ,same as you have guys that are 20 and look like 15.If you think about it ,if it is ok for the bouth sides to do something (Jerking off, BJ or anything else ) why does the age should be the prob ?

Yes you are technically breaking the law. But If it was Me. I know that I am the same way. I am a lifeguard and I love seeing the younger guys shirtless. Like a 15 year old was at my pool and I pretty much fell in love... So yea I know where you are coming from.

I'd say for myself if I was attracted to boys less than 12 i would consider it a problem. and even 12 is starting to be too young now that i just turned 14. so by the time i'm 19 i'd say i would want 16 to be my limit.

Well, the main problem is the law.

If you are 19 years old and have sex with a 13 years old (even is he/she seems to be 16 years old) you could go to jail.

Well .... There are things to consider. It depends where you live and the laws there. In the US, If you're over 18 and have sex with someone younger, you'd be breaking the law and you'd be charged for having sex with a minor and I if im not mistaken, a sex offender too ( basically, yeah you'd be a pedo ) so If I where you ( assuming you're 18 or older ) go for people who are of legal age. Wikipedia describes paedophilia as a psychiatric disorder in which an adult or older adolescent experiences a primary or exclusive sexual attraction to prepubescent children, generally age 11 years or younger. Your interest seems to be in pubescent boys rather than either pre-pubescent boys or adults.

On the other hand popular use of the word paedophile often does not distinguish between the psychiatric disorder of fancying pre-pubescent children and having sex with minors below the age of consent.

If you are worried about what is happening in your head then I don't think you have any cause to. Thinking for a moment about a guy who is straight there are no physical cues to a girl having attained the age of consent and there couldn't be as it is different in different countries. Rather there are body shape and sexual characteritic cues that, for a girl sufficiently developed, say to the guy's brain "I'm fertile. I'm a good place to plant your seed. If you had sex with me I could get pregnant and bear the child" and these cues appear before the age of consent in many places. In that respect guys are expected to still fancy young, but sexually mature girls but they are also expected to limit their sexual activity to girls/women who are old enough.

And here's the big one. When it comes to sexual activity you have to comply with the law or risk the consequences. Morally, and to a certain extent legally, sex should be between two people who consent having a full understanding of what they consent to. The law takes the view that someone under the age of consent is not capable of fully understanding what they would be consenting to and therefore cannot give consent. To have sex in this circumstance would be equaivalent to having sex when an adult had said "no", hence why this is sometimes referred to a statutatory rape. Not all cases are prosecuted - I saw an interview with someone from the CPS (the public prosecutor) in the UK who said the prosecution had to be in the public interest. In general that meant that if two people were close in age but one happenned to be just over the age of consent and the other just under and actual consent was given they would be unlikely to prosecute as the public interest would not be served by doing so. In cases where the gap was more significant and in particular if there was any power relationship between the people concerned so that the younger one may have actually wanted to say no but was afraid to then they would definitely prosecute.

hello? i am almost 14 and i see a 16 year old guy as being a LOT older than me. you, a 19 year old might as well be my uncle.

i would say my father, but, in my case my dad is dead and my uncle is only a year younger than he was.

Seeing as your legally an adult and their legally a Child, then yes legally speaking that would be considered pedophilia. The age of consent for oral sex is 16 (in Queensland) and the legal age of consent for Gay sex (sodomy) is 18 (in Queensland).

If you were to get naked in front of someone who is younger than 18 years of age then you can be legally charged with Pedophilia in Queensland; how it is in different states I am not sure about.

yeah, i think you are asking for trouble if you interact with anyone under the age of 18 in what could be considered a sexual nature. i mean, its good to know that you identify that you have those kinds of feelings, now its up to you to put those feelings under control and act responsibly... if you want to keep your freedom. i have a friend who this has happened to, so i know it could get bad if not kept under control.
