Okay so I got dumped today and i was talking to my ex before this one and i remembered how much fun we had together and now i really miss her and want her back but i know she won't take me back. What do i do? should i ask her out again and get turned down or try to get best buds with her and try and make her like me again or just move on?

Well what happened that caused the breakup? Because she'll still hate you if you did something and vice versa on your side.

Well then she's obviously pissed off at him and not you. She's just having a hard time right now.

I would wait a few weeks and just check up on her every now and then and then when the time is right ask her out.

im just talking to her on msn right now and she said i love you just jokingly and i said i wish u did and we got in this huge conversation and im pretty sure she doesnt like me anymore:(

well just go ahead and talk to her. She more than likely needs it now. Just try to convince her that you love her

Might I just add that if she doesn't like you that way, she doesn't like you that way? It's not about convincing her you love her, she has to want to be with you too. Also, you've just gotten out of a relationship and you're sort of on the rebound. Suddenly finding yourself without a girlfriend can make you think you want a relationship with a girl when really you don't like her, you just like the idea of having a girlfriend again. Give it some time to get over your latest ex, and definitely give this other chick some time to get over her ex. Later on, if you still have feelings for her, try bringing it up again. For now though, don't push it, she sounds like she doesn't want a relationship, she just wants a friend. If things end up not working out with her, don't worry about it. It just means there's another girl out there somewhere waiting for you. :)
