Puberty doesn't end until you're about 18-21, it do depends if you're an early/late bloomer. Judging by your size and age, you may still be growing or that could be it. No one can actually tell YOU if your penis will carry on growing ;) hope this helps :)

Hey, Umm Guys don't stop puberty around the age 18-21 so you may grow some more but you do have to keep in mind when you started puberty and whatnot. You don't really know how big its gonna be, I don't think there is anyway to know for sure how big you're going to be and 6-6.5 is in the middle of average so if that's it, you're all good :)
