I think I have ingrown hairs, but I'm not sure. Just in case, how can I cure this without talking to my parents or getting medicine?

I think that it is just skin irritation ... You should use after shave lotion ( alcohol based ) ... After shaving you should put it 2-3 after shaving , and you will not have problems ...

I would advise from using alcohol based as if you have cuts or irritation then it may induce the soreness. Use sensitive skin cream or don't shave against the grain as that's what's probably caused the ingrowing hairs.
