I'm 15 and I have some problems ,my foreskin is too tight and I REALLY want to be able to retract it . I have always had this problem and the head of my penis has never been out . I know the head of my penis is detached from the skin but I think the opening is to small for my head. I can't tell me parents because I have a really bad relationship with them and I have no brothers either . Also wanking is hard because I can't do it properly .Please please help.

Try to pull it back in the shower for two weeks or so. When that works, after you took a shower, pull it back and put on boxers (works best if you don't have to put on pants for a few hours). It can be uncomfortable but it shouldn't hurt. Worked for me. Just ask if you have questions :)

Can you pull it back when soft? The condition is called phimosis. If you can do it soft, it is mainly just streach exercises, slowly and surely. It's easier when wet (eg in shower) but will take a while. Doctor can prescribe steroid cream.

Try stretching over the next week or two. If it makes no difference, it may be a trip to the doctor for advice. Worst case may be circumcision :-(.

If you can't even pull it back a bit after taking a bath you should probably see a doctor.

Just slowly pull it back and try to expose the head of the penis. Stop when it's getting t9 sore. It's easier when wet (shower of bath). Hopefully after a number of attempts at it, it will become easier as it streaches

In UK do you need parents permission to see a doctor?
You need to see one.

There is no doubt that you need a DOCTOR!

Go to one doctor alone if you don't like your parents.
You will need propably a circumcision, nothing complicated nor strange.

There are non-invasive treatment options, I would see your doctor and discuss it with him/her.

Firstly , you should practice pulling foreskin under hot water ... If it doesnt help , you should really see doctor , because it can be real problem ... Based on your text , they wikl probably circumcise you , but dont worry , it doesnt hurt and it is easy and quick ...

Circumcision is not the only option. I had this when I was younger. The docs cut the skin back a bit, only enough to make it able to retract. Hurt for a few days when I touched it but within a week I was pulling it back and playing with it. I am still uncut, which I prefer, and everything works fine now. Definitely need a doc. To look at it though.

And you like the problems you have now?

You need a doctor, he will tell you if the circumcision is a must or not. If you have to do it, it's not about what you want or not, it would be about what you HAVE to do, but don't try to guess and see a doctor.

Yeah, you should see a doctor, because you can get a steroid cream to help stretch your foreskin. Since you don’t want to be circumcised, tell the doctor that right away. The foreskin has a lot of pleasure nerves and keeps your head more sensitive, so don’t let them circumcise you unless there’s no other choice. There are other things that can be done instead. You can read more about that here:

Definitely go to a doctor ASAP! If you don't want to be circumcised it can probably be treated with cream but the sooner the better

any good doctor will use circumcision as a last resort. Phimosis can be cured with stretching and creams. trust me being circumcised is not fun and it should be avoided at all costs

I didn't retract mine til about a yr ago.

Pull on it gently a little bit everyday after u shower. Within two weeks u'll b jacking normal. The only problem that won't go away right away is it will b extremely sensitive.
