I really wouldn't worry about the size of your penis. When I am cold, my penis is small, when I'm relaxed, it's bigger. I don't think many people would care to be honest, and even if they do, so what?

You're actually large, For 15 year olds, being 7 inches is on the LARGE side of average, I'm 7.1 ( last time I measured ) and I'm happy with what I have.

It depends on how you measure because truthfully most people use the bone method which adds a couple of inches to no inches 8
