I play football and baseball so have been around team mates in locker rooms/showers naked for years. It is just a normal thing. It wont take long to get use to being naked with other naked guys and then you wont even think about it.

I've never really had the issue come to play for me - at my school you'd rarely get naked in PE (except during the swim unit and even then 99% of the guys would just do the towel wrap). Then at the public gym I would get naked, but I was only 5 years old, so it wasn't the same as having gone through puberty. But I guess if I was exposed to the situation of having to undress in front of others more often, I wouldn't mind it as much.

I didn't mind whn I was skinny. I used to be stick skinny with abs and stick like thighs my penis looked comparatively ok whn undressed.
After 15 I hv put on weight and now my chunky thighs that rub together and the bit of a belly fat make my tool look small. may be hormones out of balance as I hv very little body hair and has put on a bubble,girlish butt too (it jiggles a bit).

Sometimes. It depends on the situation. We don't shower after PE, so we only get down to our underwear in the locker room. But when I was on cross country last year, we would shower at the local schools after away meets. I was a little intimidated then because I didn't have many friends on the team and I there were so many sexy guys getting naked and whipping each other with towels and stuff. I faced the wall the entire time and hoped that no one noticed my boner.

But since then, I've been mostly fine. My friends and I played strip poker a few times. And one friend and I hung out naked at his house when I spent the night when his parents weren't home. Another friend and I spent several hours naked on a backpacking trip we did this summer just the two of us. I spent most of it lying on my stomach because I kind of have a crush on him but I think he's straight. He was just as hot as I've always imagined though ;)

I've also been to a few clothing optional hot springs and did fine.

i don't even think about it. i am more inclined to worry about what i am wearing than what i am not. we all come with the same basic parts the only difference is the size, shape, and color. unless you have TWO penises, you don't have anything that i don't have.

are you worried about how you measure up with other guys? why? its your body and you are not "too small" or "too big" or "too fat" or "too anything." you just have to be comfortable with yourself.
