Not really sure where to put this, so I'll put it here and mods can move it if they need to. I guess I have more of a personal problem this time. I have issues with my emotions I guess. I don't really release my emotions. They just slowly build up inside of me until it gets to the point that little things make me really mad to the point where i want to throw things and break things. A lot of times I just hold the anger in until it goes away which makes things even worse the next time i get mad. I'm just wondering what I can do to prevent the anger from building up inside of me. I hope this kind of makes sense. It's kind of hard to explain it.

VT General Hospital :arrow2: Mental Crisis.

Next time, if you're not sure about where you should post a certain thread, PM any member of the staff and they will be able to tell you where the thread will be better placed.

About your problem, I guess the solution might be talking with someone about it. Holding up emotions is generally not a good thing, it's like something that corrupts us from the inside, we can't get rid of them, but they're still there, annoying us and making our lives harder. If you speak to someone, whether it's a teacher, a counsellor, a parent, a friend, and if you learn how to release and explain your emotions appropriately to them, they might help you dealing with the problems you're facing, and it's always easier to go through a difficult situation if you have someone by your side.

I know it's not easy to simply open up to someone and tell them all your problems and stuff, but all it takes is confidence, and the assurance that they might be willing to help you.
