I've started working out again and I want to increase my strength. I don't go to a gym so I can't lift weights. I don't want to "get jacked" but I'm kind of weak right now so I want to change that. Also I'm a vegetarian so do you think perhaps I'm not getting enough protein?

Honesty reddit has a lot of extremely good resources and info if you search around.

Idk if you're a dude or not because of your gender thingy but you can get stronger by looking up body weight exercises and just do those

I'm a girl. I used to do track and I threw shot put and discus but I didn't do sports last year so I want to get back in shape again. I'll google it

Oh ok. Well when you said you didn't want to get ripped, well women can't get ripped like men unless they take testosterone boosters or steroids and stuff so you won't have to worry at all about getting ripped js. Yeah look it up :) body weights exercises are very good ones to improve ones strength :) there are quite a lot of them

You're welcome:). Ohhh ok lol well I hope you get to be whatever better version of yourself you want to become. (Please don't take it in offense, because you are good the way you are no matter what strength level you're at:)) just thought I'd clear that out lol

You don't have to take steroids or others to be ripped when you're a woman, it's just harder than men because they have naturally less muscles mass and more bodyfat, but that it. And sixpack abs is a matter of bodyfat, not muscle mass.
