I never had sex but a few months ago after masturbation I noticed the skin right under the head of my penis was peeling and I don't know why. Can anyone help me with my problem? Does anyone has the same problem? It's been going on for nearly a year.

Maybe you were too rough? I suggest lube, or at least easing up a bit. If that doesn't help, see a doctor ASAP.

I think it's best if you just go see a doctor because the longer you wait the worst it could get and I never heard of skin peeling of a penis before. Maybe if you're uncut it could be just your foreskin????

Yeee, pealing skin doesnt resemble a foreskin in any way...I think this may just be some type of light iritation, does it itch or get sore?

Do you have a foreskin, or are you cut?

I am going to agree with the other folks that chances are you are going too rough when you're masturbating and probably are rubbing yourself raw. I kind of had the same problem when I first started jacking off and had to ease up which solved my problems. Try using lube or cream to see if that helps your situation when you jack off.

This might be a stretch, but if you do have a foreskin, then make sure you're cleaning around your penis' head very well because what you could be describing is smegma if you are not cleaning all the way around your penis' head.
