Im 19, and I'm a virgin. Some of my friends have made fun of me due to the fact that I'm still a virgin. Personally I don't see a problem with it. Do any of your friends do the same to you? How do you generally respond to them?

That's just how teens are. Most of the time half of them are virgins too, they juat lie about it. Don't worry about losing it to impress them.Trust me, you will regret it.Do it when its right for you

It's tough when friends make fun of a personal choice, but in the end of the day if they're real friends, then they'll respect who you are and what you want to do. If you want to wait, then that's your call and no one else's. I give you credit for having your own mind, and don't let your friends make you feel low because you don't want to conform to their standards. You have to do what's right for you because it's your body and not theirs.
The way I responded to my friends was telling them that I wanted to wait until the time was right. I made it clear that what was going on with my body was my business, and they had no right to know my private stuff. It is one thing if you're thirteen and confused about changes with your body and talk to your friends about personal stuff, but at nineteen sexual stuff is private, and no one has the right to know your private business.

I'm a Vergil too. Nothing to be a shame. Just wait until you are ready.

Personally i want to save mine until i find the right person, boys have sex soooo young nowadays i dont understand what they get from it, other than a load of bills to pay for the baby because they didnt use a condom properly. Even actors loose it young and you think they would have more sense!

I'm 15 and glad to be a virgin. I want to lose mine to someone I actually care about. Seems like everyone is having sex just way too young!

Im 15 and yeah sometimes, I tell them that I was abused when I was 11 and they shut up after that, and there isn't a problem about being a virgin at 19.
