Honestly, I didn't watch many movies that he was in (probably only Happy Feet, Flubber, and probably Aladdin), but I remember liking what I saw him in, and combining that with the fact that I wasn't aware why the apparent cause of death happened and his age, this was shocking.

I'd never seen any movies of his, so today my dad and I watched his favorite: Popeye. It was great, but it really was sad to think that such a talented man is gone. It's too bad he felt he had to resort to suicide... I wish I could have been there to help him, but then, you never know what a person's thinking. :(
