I´m sure I am straight but I dont know why I dont get to horny or exited to see breast or butts of woman. I do check them when a girl passes by but I dont get horny I just get a little horny when I see naked girls and I do get very horny when watching straight porn but in general I dont too horny when I see a normal girl with breasts passing by. Is that normal?

I guess that's normal. Perhaps it depends if you're attracted to someone and you find something sexy on her. I absolutely don't see anything wrong with that.

A fully clothed girl passing you by probably doesn't turn you on because well, she's fully clothed, and you're not seeing her in a sexual scenario. Some guys have crazier hormones and would hardly be able to contain themselves upon seeing a beautiful girl, perhaps your sex drive isn't as high as other guys, or you're just a tad more respectful of women.
