It could still be growing. Try and slightly pull back the foreskin each night, a little more each night. If it still hurts too much, see a doctor for advice.

I'd hate to sound harsh, but the reality is that if you can't retract your foreskin after doing what Ohio said, you've got to see a doctor.

And it's going to be highly likely that sex will be painful or difficult in later life as well if you dont do anything about it.

Yeah, deffinatley see a doctor, you don't want to live with a problem and not being able to do anything about it. If your nervous about seeing your doctor, don't be, he/she doesn't have to tell your parents, if you don't want him/her too. lol

Okay, you don't HAVE to go to the doctor. Just start stretching your foreskin like this. When ever you take a shower, just take your penis and pull on your foreskin until it starts to hurt. When you get to this point pull just a little bit farther. Just repeat that every night and eventually you will be able to pull your foreskin back. :D Hope that helps.

You have stated that before. We understand you don't want to. I even stated in my post that you don't have to. Calm down please. Don't make any more posts in this thread about you not wanting to go to the doctor.

yeah dude you need to relax no one is making you do anything its all advice here.
plus someone else gave you advice before you broke out in a huff.

so go with what he said, pull back a little each day to loosen it up, and try using some moisturiser when you pull back to soften the skin up.

this problem is not uncommon ... i have a thought that maybe during puberty the penis grows faster than the skin around it? is that possible lol? coz i had this problem as well, seems like many do. ah well.

Dude, I think you need to relax.
For one, why do you oppose going to the doctor?
I know for a fact they have several creams that help
loosen your foreskin, and they can really help out.
Massaging or masturbating, can also make it easier
to pull it back. And you can also try pinching off the
end of your foreskin when you pee, so it fills up and
stretches it out.

RIGHT!

Have you ever pulled your foreskin back before? If you havent, then you are going to have problems with it. My best guess, without empirical evidence, is that you have a tight foreskin.

This is going to sound intrusive, but do you have skin that completely covers your penis head? Or can you see the top of your penis head?

What I wouldnt do though is really try and stretch it, as it could do some damage. I could be compltely wrong however.

and learn how to spell, if you want to openly insult people.....we can all play that game.

I do think you will be fine though, tight foreskin or not, it looks to be an easily solveable problem, and at age 15 theres still a good few years left for it all to work out and click into place!
