The word natural is derived from nāscor (“I am born”) so in this context it would mean "as born", "Without, or prior to, modification or adjustment". Circumcision may be a common modification to the penis, at least in the USA, but is a modification.

I don't think there is any doubt that circumcision removes sensitive nerve ending but there are other cases where it seems the brain has some kind of automatic gain control where it adjusts its response to the senses. It is entirely possible that with fewer operational nerve endings the signal from those that remain is amplied more by the brain to retain the normal intensity of sensation.

Well Bokang I'll have you know that it is as easy as cleaning a cut dick.....unless you don't clean yours because you insinuate its "cleaner" and doesn't need cleaning but every dick does, cut or uncut. Just wash or wipe and that's all. :)
